Outside of South Park, I found three shows that have been a big success for Comedy Central: Brickleberry, Drawn Together and Futurama.
(thread) 3. Brickleberry, although critical reception was polarized, it got very good ratings in its demographic, being the #1 comedy series for young men ages 18-24 (which CC loves) by its second season.
Even after the show ended it got a comic series and a crossover with Paradise PD.
