One Word Was Mysteriously Absent From The Democrats’ Convention issuesinsights.com/2020/08/22/one…
“Her comment prompted “#ImpeachedForLife” to trend on Twitter shortly afterward.

Yet when Pelosi spoke at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday, she never mentioned Trump’s impeachment.
She didn’t mention Ukraine, or Russia or any of the other reasons Democrats spent three years arguing were grounds for his removal from office.
Her main complaint about Trump was that “As speaker of the House I’ve seen firsthand Donald Trump’s disrespect for facts , for working families and for women in particular.”
No other House member who voted to impeach Trump, and no senator found him guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, mentioned his impeachment. Nor did Obama, or Bloomberg (who paid for ads in 27 states in January calling for Trump’s removal). Nor did the hosts. Nor did Joe Biden.
In fact, transcripts of the entire four days were reviewed, and the word impeach was never uttered once.

Democrats spent almost the entire past four years arguing that Trump was an illegitimate president because Russia interfered with the election.
They spent every waking minute trying to drive him out of office for supposedly enlisting Ukraine to help with his reelection.

And now their big complaint is that he’s been dissing the U.S. Postal Service?
So if impeachment was never that serious — which Democrats have admitted by omission — why should anyone take seriously the arguments they are making for Trump’s defeat in November?
That he’s trying to ‘sabotage’ or defund the post office? (And by “defund,” they mean that Trump, who just pumped $10 billion into USPS, won’t agree to pumping $25 billion of taxpayer money into the supposedly self-funded USPS.)
That he’s responsible for every COVID-19 death?

Take a look at death rates by state and you will immediately notice that they are magnitudes higher in states run by Dems than those run by Republicans. How is Trump to blame? Aren’t governors responsible for running their states?
That he’s to blame for the far left’s violence over the past four years?

Democrats have spent nearly an entire presidential term fomenting hatred of Trump and playing one group against the other. They spent the last six months aggressively politicizing the pandemic.
They’ve coddled and encouraged rioters. They stoked racial animosity.

Even before Trump was elected, Hillary Clinton was excusing the left’s incivility by saying that “you cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about.”
Now, having contributed significantly to the hatred and division, Democrats say the only way to restore calm is to put them in power. It’s political extortion.

What Nellie Saw

Remember the heady days of 2020? Progressives trained by the richest universities in the land suddenly had the chance to remake America in their image, the way they had always dreamed of doing. Image
The result was so obvious and crushing a failure that one is no longer supposed to talk about it.
Four years later, the power elite have discovered that their cosplay revolution is seen as merely ridiculous. Minority groups don’t want the new names that have been issued to them.

I was physically, emotionally and verbally abused.

I don't want to say it's because I'm the middle child. Nor do I want to harsh on my parents.

But is there a reason why an entire family turns on the unfavored child?

Do we just make it that easy? We just roll over?

" . . . it’s far too early for the mayor to crow “We have turned the corner of crime in our city.” nypost.com/2024/01/06/opi…
Overall crime in New York City dropped in 2023 over 2022; we’re still the “safest big city in America,” as Mayor Adams boasted recently — but that’s cold comfort when we’re still far behind 2019, the last year before the destructive effects of our criminal-justice “reforms” made themselves visible.
Consider car thefts: 5,438 in 2019; 15,802 in 2023.

The Supreme Court Is The Last Functioning Institution In America

That's Why It's Doomed thefederalist.com/2024/03/04/the…
In a 9-0 decision, the Supreme Court ruled states cannot use section 3 of the 14th Amendment to kick Donald Trump off state ballots over his alleged “insurrectionist” actions on Jan. 6, 2021.
Learning that state officials aren’t empowered to simply toss leading presidential candidates off ballots came as a great surprise to many incredulous left-wingers.
