Several outlets likely saw that tweet and ran with it, citing the original "exclusive" from Radar Online, a gossip site. This causes an avalanche of aggregated reports, all from that one "exclusive"

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Texas police commander says officers could have stopped the gunman in Uvalde school shooting within three minutes.
Texas Department of Public Safety director Steve McCraw says the Uvalde “on-scene commander chose to put the lives of officers before the lives of children.”

“The officers had weapons, the children had none.”
McCraw: I’m disappointed in the social media industry for not being more proactive … I have great confidence in their resources to be able to identify potential threats and bring them to the attention of law enforcement
