8. Agree how you're going to work together - just as you would 'normally'
9. Keep it simple - there's loads of shiny tools, don't use them for the sake of it.

Some people are visual, some audio - text chat, spoken word, online whiteboards allow different ways of contributing.
Facilitation is critical - just as it is in the room. Make sure your facilitators are fully briefed & able to use the tech #preparation
