Ignore the misinformation that this is a RICO suit - it is not. The case type is listed as: "Special Proceedings - Other (OSC to compel disclosure)."
The Attorney Affirmation filed with the Motion to Seal contains a few interesting tidbits.
"OAG has kept this investigation confidential to avoid prejudice to the investigation and to avoid undue reputational harm to witnesses and the subjects of the investigation."

Reportedly, the New York A.G. is investigating if Trump inflated assets in financial documents to obtain loans. So my theory is correct: the petition relates to the enforcement of subpoenas to get the responsive documents - not a lawsuit with substantive claims.
