NEW: New York Attorney General Letitia James has, through court filings, made her civil investigation into the Trump Organization public.

James' filings allege that Eric Trump has refused to comply with a subpoena for his testimony.
MORE: The New York Attorney General’s Office says that Eric Trump’s testimony would be helpful to their investigation.

They write, “based on evidence developed in course of its investigation, OAG determined that Eric Trump likely possessed information relevant to OAG’s inquiry.”

BREAKING / NBC News: Michael Cohen has been remanded back into the custody of federal authorities and will be sent back to jail.

This comes after pictures were taken of Cohen at a Manhattan restaurant outside of his residence this weekend. NBC's Adam Reiss reports.

"Today, Michael Cohen refused the conditions of his home confinement and as a result, has been returned to a BOP facility. On May 21, 2020, Mr. Cohen was placed on furlough pending placement on home confinement."

NEW: Every single person who has been shot in New York City this July, nearly 100 in total, has been a member of the minority community and 97% of shooting victims in June were members of the city’s minority communities, the NYPD says.
Chief of Crime Control Strategies Michael Lipetri told reporters today, “all murder victims in June were of the minority community.”

The city’s spike in crime is now a bonafide trend, homicides are up 27% year to date and are running 11.3% higher than they were 5 years ago.
