Thanks to the @GOP for issuing this powerful condemnation of the scandal-plagued SPLC’s “hate group” smear tactics. The @JudiciaryGOP also rightly asked @JeffBezos to testify on Amazon’s use of the SPLC to blacklist conservatives. 1/4
The RNC rightly argued that government should never rely on this extremely corrupt smear factory. Former employees have come forward to expose the “con” of exaggerating hate. My book gives the full details. 2/4
SPLC attacked @JackPosobiec, calling him “aligned with white supremacy.”
Jack told @PJMedia_com: “The only thing I’m associated with is belief in Jesus Christ as a Catholic... I fought hard to push racists out of the MAGA movement in 2016 and 2017.” 3/4 pjmedia.com/news-and-polit…
Washington state has launched a “Domestic Extremism and Mass Violence Task Force,” which will recommend laws for the Legislature.
The problem? It's stacked with far-left groups, and not just any leftists, but key allies of the SPLC.
Critics warn that it is "self-evident" that this is "very dangerous to people of faith," and they fear that it may result in surveillance and blacklisting of conservatives in the Evergreen State.
The task force includes quite a few notable leftist groups and no conservatives who might provide some important balance.
Notable names include:
1⃣Western States Center, an affiliate of the SPLC, and Kate Bitz, who has endorsed the SPLC "hate map" (more on this in the next post)
2⃣American University's Polarization and Extremism Research and Innovation Lab (PERIL), the director of which also serves on an SPLC "hate" panel
3⃣ADL Center on Extremism, which has demonized critics of gender ideology
4⃣Black Lives Matter Seattle-King County, which carried water for the Paris Commune-style CHAZ insurrection
5⃣Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho.

2⃣WHAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH SPLC?
So why do I keep harping on the Southern Poverty Law Center?
You see, the SPLC gained a reputation for monitoring and dismantling hate when it sued KKK groups into bankruptcy. Then it took that reputation and the "hate map" it uses to track the Klan and weaponized it against conservatives.
Today, the SPLC suggests mainstream conservative and Christian groups are a terror threat by putting them on the "hate map" with Klan chapters.
Do you support border security like @FAIRImmigration or @DAKDIS? You're an "anti-immigrant hate group."
Do you support religious freedom like @FRCdc, @ADFLegal, or @AFLC_FreedomLaw? You're an "anti-LGBTQ+ hate group."
Do you support parental rights like @Moms4Liberty or @DefendingEd? You're an "anti-government extremist."
Do you oppose sex changes for minors? Even groups of doctors like @donoharm and @segm_ebm are on the "hate map" now. Even an LGB group, @againstgrmrs, is considered an "anti-LGBTQ+ hate group" by the SPLC.
This all sounds like a joke, right? If only. You see, the Biden FBI cited the SPLC in that notorious anti-Catholic memo. SPLC leaders briefed the DOJ when they were adding Moms for Liberty to the "hate map." A terrorist shot up the Family Research Council in 2012, and he found his target by using the "hate map."
So, I decided to reach out to some of the "hate groups" in Washington state to hear what they think about this task force.
USAID wasn't just spending your tax dollars💰 to promote woke causes overseas, it also ties in to the Left's dark money and influence network that called the shots in the Biden administration.
USAID has funneled money to the Tides Foundation, sent cash to the same groups George Soros' Open Society Foundations was funding, and served as a revolving door—former USAID workers go to work at left-wing foundations and activist groups.
While the acronym suggests USAID is about aid, it’s really about soft power. John F. Kennedy established USAID as a tool to fight Soviet Communism abroad.
In recent years, the agency has promoted the classic woke causes:
1⃣critical race theory
2⃣climate alarmism
3⃣gender ideology
4⃣a preference for technocratic government
USAID spent:
1⃣$1.5M for DEI in Serbia's workplaces
2⃣$47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia
3⃣$2M for promoting s*x changes in Guatemala
4⃣$250M on a Climate Finance for Development Accelerator to help countries meet their climate goals in the Paris Agreement
These initiatives echo the spending of Hungarian American billionaire George Soros’ Open Society Foundations, and that is no accident.
THE SOROS CONNECTION💰
The Open Society Foundations has bankrolled many of the leftist groups in the Woketopus, my term for the groups that staffed and advised the Biden administration.
Open Society claims not to receive funding from USAID or direct USAID's funding, but its ties to USAID are undeniable.
1⃣It funds the same projects (2 notable examples below)
2⃣Leaders met with former USAID Administrator Samantha Power
3⃣Soros foundations network listed USAID among its "donor parters" in 2001
4⃣An Open Society nonprofit sued USAID twice, with the cases reaching SCOTUS both times.
5⃣Many former USAID staff went to work at Open Society
What made Joe Biden's presidency so bad? It wasn't just Biden's age—there was a fundamental mismatch between the issues impacting Americans' lives and the priorities of the federal government.
While Americans struggled with inflation, Biden bragged about "investing" in green technology, even as his administration cracked down on oil and gas. The Biden admin opened the border while Americans struggled with increasing crime and lawlessness. The Biden White House celebrated Transgender Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday.
Much of these and other policies trace back to a woke influence campaign propped up by the Left's dark money network. My new book, "The Woketopus🐙: The Dark Money Cabal Manipulating the Federal Government," has the receipts.
It works like this: the Left's dark money network (think George Soros, Alex Soros, Arabella Advisors, The Tides Foundation) feed the woke nonprofits. Those woke nonprofits then send staff into the unelected bureaucracy. Those bureaucrats then prioritize the woke agendas of those nonprofits, partly because they used to work there and partly because they agree with the ideology.
The Woketopus succeeds at getting woke policies that are out of step with the American people enshrined into federal regulations.
President Trump has replaced Biden, but he also needs to combat this influence campaign. This thread will explain why it's still a problem and what he needs to do about it.

🐙WHAT IS THE WOKETOPUS?🐙
The Woketopus is a massive influence campaign, composed of woke nonprofits pressuring the federal government to take extreme stances.
It's a compound word with two parts: "woke" and "octopus."
I define "woke" as a comprehensive worldview that combines at least four elements:
1⃣Critical race theory: the idea that America is systemically racist for whites and against blacks and that we need fundamental change to root that out.
2⃣Gender ideology: the idea that a nebulous sense of gender identity overrides biological sex, such that doctors should be allowed to sterilize kids, males should be allowed in women's private spaces, and gender pronouns should be forced on people, regardless of the consequences.
3⃣Climate alarmism: the idea that human beings are destroying the environment by burning fossil fuels. In truth, fossil fuels can now burn very cleanly and it is emphatically not a "consensus" that CO2 emissions will destroy civilization.
4⃣A preference for technocratic government: trust in bureaucratic elites and institutions over the people's elected representatives. After COVID-19, Americans are waking up to the rot in the health and other establishments, but the reckoning is just beginning and woke wants it to stop.
Now for the octopus part of Woketopus: the sprawling influence network.
Some names should not be a surprise to the politically aware. On the money💰 side:
1⃣Open Society Foundations (founded by George Soros, now run by Alex Soros)
2⃣Arabella Advisors (exposed in an excellent book from @capitalresearch Prez. Scott Walter), a for-profit entity founded by Eric Kessler that sets up multiple nonprofits to funnel money, cloaking which projects donors are funding.
3⃣The Tides Nexus, a network of dark money foundations that bankroll various woke causes.
4⃣Unions. The union dues of members at the American Federation of Teachers, the National Education Association, the SEIU, AFL-CIO, and AFSCME are funneled toward woke causes in the name of charity.
🚨DEEP STATE GEARING UP President-elect Donald Trump poses a serious threat to the woke bureaucrats staffing the federal government.
The massive left-wing influence campaign I call The Woketopus🐙 won't go away on Jan. 20. Far from it.
Instead, the left-wing ideologues in the administrative state have a three-part strategy to hamstring Trump, undermine his admin from within, and prepare for the next liberal administration.
Some of the bureaucrats, knowing Trump will fire them, have already found their next jobs—in the left-wing nonprofits that form the arms of the Woketopus.
Tracy Stone-Manning, for example, will leave the Bureau of Land Management for The Wilderness Society, a woke environmentalist group.
All the woke nonprofits that staffed and advised the Biden administration will welcome back their old colleagues and their ideological allies. Bureaucrats will flock to the Center for American Progress, the Human Rights Campaign, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the Southern Poverty Law Center, among others.
From there, they will influence the political discourse and bide their time⏱️ for another liberal administration.

2⃣TRUMP-PROOFING
Various federal agencies are trying to head off Trump's attempts to drain the swamp.
1⃣OPM finalized a rule attempting to block Trump from reinstating his "Schedule F" executive order, which would make it easier to fire certain bureaucrats.
2⃣EPA signed a collective bargaining agreement with its employees' union creating mechanisms for employees to report any coworker who had "improper influence" on a scientific study.
3⃣NIH designated an official to identify supposed political meddling in the agency's work.
Stay tuned—I'm sure there are far more attempts to hamstring Trump.
The pro-union outlet PayDay Report covered the strike, but very few others have👀
"Given the high-profile media attention on UAW President Shawn Fain and the fact that the strike is occurring in the media hub of New York City, you would think every labor reporter in the country would be covering this. However, outside of Payday Report, no other labor reporter or labor publication has covered the strike."
