Who would have thought--according to Planned Parenthood, you can rob a bank, so long as you carry a form with a checkbox "documenting" you have no "intentions" of bankrobbing.

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals was not impressed with Planned Parenthood's legal reasoning: (3/7)

Planned Parenthood's top abortion doctor testified that at PPLA, as a general matter when she was "aware that it was a donation case" she would use ultrasound guidance with her forceps to not "crush" the desired parts of the fetus and try to "get it all intact." (4/7)

Planned Parenthood told Congress they did not use partial-birth abortions to harvest body parts.

But their top abortion doctor finally admitted under oath that "We've been pretty successful with that" at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, including the abortions she did. (5/7)

Planned Parenthood's "checkbox" partial-birth abortions are bad enough, but there's more:

Planned Parenthood promised its patients nothing would change in their care for giving fetal tissue, but then changed the way they did the abortions just to get marketable body parts. (6/7)

Planned Parenthood officials testified they distinguish changing the abortion "procedure" vs. the "technique" and think the latter is allowed but the former is not.

But the law says no changes to "the procedures (pl.) used" to do a specific abortion--the actual steps taken (7/7)
