Problem: Abortion generally destroys the fetus, so how do you harvest usable body parts for sale and experimentation?

Solution: Partial-birth abortions keep the fetus intact and alive at the time of extraction. But they are also a federal crime. 🚨 (1/7) Planned Parenthood has its abortion doctors check a box on an "intent statement" to "document" that they do not "intend" to do a partial-birth abortion.

While under investigation, @PPFA lied to Congress and said @PPGulfCoast had "rebuffed" a proposal to sell fetal livers for $750 each.

But under oath, @PPGulfCoast contradicted @PPFA and testified they "wanted to move forward with it".

▶️ WATCH here: 🛑 42 U.S. Code 289g-2 broadly prohibits selling fetal tissue for any amount of money, or "valuable consideration."

"Valuable consideration" means the Quid Pro Quo in an exchange. It's not strictly about profit or reimbursement, it's about what the transaction is incentivizing:
