🚨 TAXIN' TEDRA COPIED & STOLE legislation that I actually PASSED for "her veterans plan" 🚨

Taxin’ Tedra is such a failed & desperate candidate that she literally steals my legislation that is now law.
The good news for North Country voters is unlike Taxin' Tedra Copycat Cobb, I actually delivered this legislative result on behalf of North Country military families. #NY21
Tedra Cobb should immediately apologize to me, military families, and all North Country voters for this outrageous plagiarism. Next time, we suggest a simple Google search of the bill that she clearly knows nothing about and just copy and pasted into her copied veterans plan.

Governor Cuomo continues to point fingers at the federal government.

But here are the FACTS regarding CDC guidance:

The Governor’s decisions to MANDATE that nursing homes accept COVID-19 patients completely disregards the case-by-case approach recommended by CDC.
CDC guidance was clear that decisions about discharging COVID-19 patients should be based on the ability of the accepting facility to meet the recommended infection control practices. This includes the ability to place residents in a designated COVID-19 care unit that is equipped
with the resources and PPE to safely prevent the spread of infections. Additionally, CDC guidance states that if nursing homes are unable to follow CDC guidance for COVID-19 patients under Transmission-Based Precautions, they must wait until these patients are no longer

THREAD: Today’s @poststar column by @kentingley ends with a dangerous allusion to gun violence and has no place on the pages of a serious community newspaper. This news editor is well aware of the impact of his words, and is completely unacceptable.
I unequivocally condemned violence of any kind, specifically violence against the press, at a public community event in Hudson Falls. The @poststar editor @KenTingley was in attendance but refused to publish my answer. WATCH 👇
Instead, he describes a typical campaign fundraising appeal describing Far-Left Democrat attacks on @realDonaldtrump supporters to “I wasn’t sure if she would be buying campaign ads or bullets.” @kentingley’s call to gun violence is shameful, untrue, outrageous, and dangerous.
