He's married & has a set of twins, 3 years old boys.
His wife hired a live-in nanny for the kids.
I was with the family for a while, watched a Premiership game with my friend (my United beat his Chelsea 😉) before I left...
It was a Saturday, the wife was trying to feed the twins but they didn't seem to be interested.
She was getting exasperated!
I asked, "But where is your nanny? Is today her day off?"
My friend responded: "we sacked her!"
🙄
"Worse than that ooo! We discovered she's a witch! My wife went through her stuff & saw amulets, effigies- orishirishi things! I immediately asks her to pack her things & go!"
I was surprised.
"But why would you ask her to go?"
🤷🏾
I asked, "She's a witch, so? That means she operates with the powers of darkness. But "greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world"- no be so Bible talk am?
🤔
Actually, she should be afraid of you, not the other way round!"
"Harry, I am definitely NOT afraid of her! I asked her to go because of the twins. She's always with them, she could harm them!"
😖
Ideally, your home should be too hot for her to be comfortable in.
How can Christ be in a house and a witch can operate in it?
It's impossible!
😇
But that experience kept me thinking for a while:
Was he right to send the witch away?
Was I wrong?
Am I too "Spiri"?
Shouldn't the light of the Christian chase darkness away?
Seriously, isn't this the thrust of Christianity?
🤔
Scripture says, "The Word was the source of life, and this life brought light to humanity.
This light shines in darkness; AND THE DARKNESS CAN NEVER PUT IT OUT."
John 1:4-5
Never!
😏
I think it's an aberation of true Christianity.
If you are indeed LIGHT, darkness should flee from you, not vice versa.
There are countless scriptures to justify this submission...
😎
Do you agree with me?
Do you support my (Chelsea losing😎) friend, Richard?
If YOU discover your children's nanny is a witch, will YOU sack her?
If yes, why?
Support your submission with scripture, if you have any, please.
Let's go there!
😇
