PS2: We must take what Trump says privately and what the White House is now saying publicly for what it is: a confession that the White House doesn't care about testing, tracing, therapeutics, or even a vaccine that works—as none are part of the White House plan for the pandemic.
PS3: Under his "herd immunity" plan, Trump permits COVID-19 to—as he's repeatedly been insisting on in private—"wash over" America, infecting almost everyone and killing (per experts) at least 2.5 million of us. Trump and his family would be kept in a bubble of safety throughout.
PS4: When Trump said in Tulsa that he wanted testing reduced, I and others said, "he's serious." Trump said he was joking—then the CDC took over control of public testing data and issued edicts to reduce testing.

PS5: The *only* way to make sense of the White House's pandemic response is to presume what Trump's critics have said all along: he *never* jokes, and wasn't "joking" when he demanded repeatedly in private that COVID-19 be allowed to "wash over" America. Indeed, it *is* his plan.
PS6: What this means is that the IHME again upping its death-toll projection to 320,000 deaths by November 30—which, with the CDC-acknowledged undercount, means around 375,000 COVID-deaths in actuality in just 8 months—is a sign of things to come. We may yet see 2.5 million dead.
PS7: The IHME estimate assumed universal mask-wearing, a public health practice that Trump just hosted a convention to deride (and *model* the violating of). The IHME estimate assumed universal testing, but we now know that testing is being dramatically and artificially reduced.
PS8: Just so, estimates presuming the duration of the pandemic will be short enough to keep deaths <1 million also assumed that a vaccine—when one arrived—would be trustworthy. Trump now wants to push an unapproved vaccine that no one will take because the FDA hasn't cleared it.
PS9: *All* of this confirms what we *already knew* about Trump: he is an ignorant and reckless and feckless and venal and perfidious cretin who *doesn't change his mind*. When he pushed his herd immunity plan in April, he *never abandoned it*. And now he is executing it. On *us*.
PS10: The only solution to this is to protect yourself and your family and your community from the President of the United States by ignoring him and any entity under his command. Put your trust in *state and local health officials and national and international medical experts*.
NOTE: I'm not screwing around on this. A study I cite in Proof of Corruption says 80% of COVID-19 deaths can be provably linked to the actions and/or inaction of Donald Trump. Historians will confirm such studies, when this is over. You *must* protect yourself from the president.
