1.) @DefenceMinIndia and Three Chiefs. Shortage of medicines in ECHS Clinics. Approx. 40% of prescribed medicines are available in the ECHS Clinics. The present procedure of asking the ECHS Members to buy the non-available prescribed medicines and claim the refund is tedious,
2.) cumbersome and takes approximately 4 months to get the claim money and is not the preferred options by the ECHS Members. Instead, the OIC ECHS Clinics be directed to Local Purchase the non-available medicines and provide to the ECHS members.
3.) Only in an emergency situation ECHS Members may locally purchase the medicines and claim the amount. For your consideration please. Regards. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!

1/4. Tour of Duty (ToD) for three yrs service in mil is froth with danger of lowering operational preparedness. Mil Cdrs know it very well the serious disadvantages of extremely short period service.
2/4. It will adversely affect both, soldiers and Profession of Arms. Mil profession cannot be on contractual basis. Esprit – de- corps and comradery will be on downhill slide.
3/4. Will the Govt provide Assured Sec Career through the Act of Parliament till the age of 60 years to all short service soldiers of three yrs alongwith medical care, CSD facility and other benefits of ESM?.
1/4. Information through RTI, MoD sought Advice from Law Min to change est definition of OROP. Law Min advised that est definition be not changed since it will be against judgement of HSC. Yet Govt went ahead and changed definition in its Notification dated 07 Nov 2015.
2/4. Amended definition totally killed concept of OROP. Instead of “any change in rate of pension to be automatically passed to past pensioners; Govt changed to any change in rate of pension would be passed to the past pensioners at “Periodic Intervals”.
3/4. This definition is not OROP but One Rank many pensions and the Govt fixed periodic interval of five years which further means One Rank Five Pension and not OROP.
1/5. 130 Crs Indians need to join with the Govt and the def forces to counter the threat by China which harbors expansionist policy against India on the LAC and against other countries across the globe.

3/5. Let’s all resolve to boycott all goods and services made in China earliest. Let our money not be used against our motherland.
1. OROP-->Same Rank and Same Length of Service=Same Pension
Any change in the Rate of Pension will be passed to the last pensioners automatically.
2/n 2. What Govt notified to be implemented=First part same as above.
Second part=CHANGE IN RATE OF PENSION WILL BE PASSED TO THE LAST PENSIONERS AT PERIODIC INTERVALS. 3. The Govt fixed Periodic Intervals as FIVE YEARS.
3/n 4. What was notified is NOT OROP BUT ONE RANK DIFFERENT PENSIONS. 5. As per the Govt Notification, Equalisation of Pensions was due wef 01 JULY 2019. 6. Govt has not implemented its own Notification. 7. Govt has not implemented SC ORDER DATED 01 MAY 2019.
1/n @PMOIndia and Citizens of India,
Why the Govt is not repealing the three Anti Farmer Laws? Govt has accepted that there are many Anomalies in each law and they are ready to amend. With so many faults, why is the Govt refusing to repeal the laws as demanded by farmers?
2/n Why is the Govt wanting to ape the west like USA, UK, Canada etc. to bring down the farming by farmers themselves to 6% from 60%? Our conditions are different. We have many small farmers. Why does the Govt want to make them workers on their own land?
3/n Why has the Govt placed Jammers at Andolan sites to crush the voice of the people? Every citizen has the right to raise his/her voice in our Democracy.
(1/5) @PMOIndia, @DefenceMinIndia, 3 Chiefs & Citizens of India. Nation which does not respect its soldiers is doomed to fail. The last bastion of the country, the Defence Forces have been downgraded & degraded to unacceptable levels. Severe discrepancies have been created in the
(2/5) Military profession viz other Central Govt Services. The latest proposal of the Govt to reduce pensions for premature retirees has caused anguish to soldiers, both serving and retired. The proposal is illegal, demotivating & demoralising.
(3/5) 2. JCOs and Other Ranks are entitled to proceed on retirement with full pension duly sanctioned at the discretion of the Competent Authority after 15 years of service and officers after 20 years of service. The Competent Authority can refuse to retire a soldier, how then
