1/4. Information through RTI, MoD sought Advice from Law Min to change est definition of OROP. Law Min advised that est definition be not changed since it will be against judgement of HSC. Yet Govt went ahead and changed definition in its Notification dated 07 Nov 2015. 2/4. Amended definition totally killed concept of OROP. Instead of “any change in rate of pension to be automatically passed to past pensioners; Govt changed to any change in rate of pension would be passed to the past pensioners at “Periodic Intervals”.

@PMOIndia and Citizens of India,
Why the Govt is not repealing the three Anti Farmer Laws? Govt has accepted that there are many Anomalies in each law and they are ready to amend. With so many faults, why is the Govt refusing to repeal the laws as demanded by farmers? 2/n
Why is the Govt wanting to ape the west like USA, UK, Canada etc. to bring down the farming by farmers themselves to 6% from 60%? Our conditions are different. We have many small farmers. Why does the Govt want to make them workers on their own land?
