BREAKING NEWS: Data Emerges Suggesting That Right-Wing Entities Are Often Provoking the Very Violence That Donald Trump Is Now Campaigning on By Blaming on Black Lives Matter; Involvement of Trump Agents Like Erik Prince in Organizing and Provoking Violence Remains Open Question
PS/ I'm increasingly concerned that when the election is over we'll find out that many of the right-wing calls to action and counter-programming that ultimately led to violence used by Trump for his reelection campaign were orchestrated either by foreign entities or Trump agents.
PS2/ In 2016, it was discovered that some of the most disruptive and divisive political events had been set up by foreign nationals. There's no reason that wouldn't continue now, especially when there's such an obvious benefit to the candidate those foreigners wish to aid: Trump.
PS3/ Moreover, since 2016 major media has reported that Trump agents like Erik Prince are infiltrating left-wing groups. There's no reason for this to happen unless it's to instigate violence Trump can use for his reelection campaign and make it look like it began on the left.
PS4/ One thing every citizen journalist can start doing right now is helping to chronicle how many of the violent incidents Trump is using for his re-election campaign somehow mysteriously have *right-wing agitators* on-scene instigating it. It won't be all—but it will be *many*.
PS5/ Americans must understand that Trump doesn't care who lives or dies or what violence he provokes indirectly or directly as long as he's re-elected. The moment he realized that if he could associate violence with BLM it would help him there was a risk he'd fake such violence.
PS6/ When I see so-called "left-wing violence" on TV I no longer assume what I'm seeing is what I'm being told I'm seeing—and I'd suggest that both American news-watchers and media take the same approach. How many of these violent events have *right-wingers* at the heart of them?
PS7/ Take Kenosha, for instance. No one is claiming the situation in Kenosha is great—but what took the whole thing to the next level was a mysterious Facebook group that invited right-wing paramilitaries from outside the state to come to Wisconsin. It led to right-wing violence.
PS8/ Once the violence occurred, even though the worst of it was caused by right-wingers, Trump exploited the whole scenario as an example of *left-wing* violence and made political hay out of it. So who was behind the Facebook group? Trump agents? Trump fans? Foreign nationals?
PS9/ Trump exploits a very specific team of dirty tricksters who helped him steal the 2016 election through dirty tricks and will do it again. And what are Erik Prince and Rudy Giuliani—for instance—most focused on? *Alleged* "left-wing" violence. They know Trump profits from it.
PS10/ In proof of corruption, I look at what the FBI is saying about the protests. The FBI has made very clear that the crime *isn't coming from BLM or antifa* but right-wingers, anarchists, and organized criminals. So why has media done so little to underscore this to Americans?
PS11/ Listen: if Trump wins in 2020 it'll be because violence that was largely prompted by right-wingers was successfully framed by the Trump campaign as being caused by Black people and antifa. Media can either correct the record now or—for a second time—help Trump win election.
PS12/ So we know the violence isn't coming from where Trump says. We know he's lying about the violence for political gain—and it's working. We know his agents want to infiltrate left-wing groups to Trump's benefit. And we know the media is *playing along* with a false narrative.
PS13/ Furthermore, we've already seen Trump using federal forces to provoke violence so he has more and better video clips to use for his campaign. Essentially, the Trump game plan here is so exquisitely *transparent and disgusting* it is amazing that media is not calling it out.
PS14/ No one is saying no fireworks are being set off. No one is saying no fences are being rattled. No one is saying no water bottles have been thrown. But the *real* violence comes from mysterious right-wingers—and the rest of the violence does *not* come from BLM *or* antifa.
PS15/ The message for anyone who cares about truth—including media—is clear: Trump is both stoking and politically benefiting from right-wing violence, which is *exactly* what we all knew he'd do, and knew he'd lie about by pinning it on people who had nothing to do with it. /end
NOTE/ In the "PS10" tweet in this thread it should read "Proof of Corruption," of course. This is a reference to my forthcoming book, which comes out from Macmillan in just a few days, on 9/8. There's a lengthy chapter on Trump, Barr, and the BLM protests. amazon.com/dp/1250272998?…
NOTE2/ My point is, we mustn't play along with a thoughtless narrative that contradicts hard evidence, FBI analyses, and common sense. BLM and antifa have nothing to do with what we see on TV and what Trump is exploiting. That's right-wingers, anarchists, and organized criminals.
NOTE3/ And of course the other group that must be considered is law enforcement itself. As we saw in Portland, it is possible for federal law enforcement tactics *endorsed by Trump and Barr* to produce the *very mayhem and shocking video* that Trump thereafter campaigns against.
