Kyle was there with a militia but whatever happened leading up to him blowing people away, being chased, and firing blindly into the crowd he was alone. In these other videos, he's alone. This indicates to me that he was looking for trouble going off from his group.

At best he was an idiot looking for kicks wanting to wave his dick around & feel powerful like the pigs he idolizes.
Where was the "militia" he was with? Why is he ALONE with a gun? If he was with the "militia" why does he run to the police & and not back to his group?
You don't just go wander off in this situation; he was looking for trouble & I'd wager he was intentionally instigating...
thinking with his gun he could do whatever he wanted.
