and "left" by extension means a majority of the dem base who support policies like medicare4all, and anyone below 45 which bernie won overwhelmingly across the board. in other words those without assets (and prospects of acquiring them) and of working age: the working class
they're running the exact same strategy they did in 2016, and if they lose, which I am now convinced is not just possible but more likely than not, that will have been the primary reason. between republican and republican lite, they always go republican
