Based on Napa's document, the city of Fresno's proposed district would take a mixed-use district ( along Blackstone? Shaw?) from "medium density" to "high density."

To me, this is more people are able to live where they could walk/bike/ride @FresnoFAX to work, eat, etc.
This district may go somewhere between Shields and HWY 180. A corridor that @BetterBlckstone has encouraged Fresno to reimagine for years now.
