Cuomo, asked about the death of #DanielPrude, says he referred the matter to the AG for investigation in July.

"That is ongoing. She’s been doing the investigation since July, but people should know that it is under investigation and it has been for months by the AG."

NEW: The NY Assembly Judiciary Committee has released its report on former Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Its conclusions:
"We conclude that there is overwhelming evidence that the former Governor engaged in sexual harassment," the Assembly's Cuomo report reads.
"One senior state official explained that Book-related assignments were given by superiors and expected to be completed, and the work was not voluntary."

NEW: Andrew Cuomo’s COVID book deal was worth $5.12 million, per his office.
More: Cuomo’s net book income for 2020 was $1.54 million, per his tax returns.

Of that, Cuomo contributed $500,000 to the United Way and the remaining $1 million to a trust for his daughters, per his office.
Cuomo is due another $2 million in book income spread over the next two years, per his office.

So, $5.12 million total, of which $3.12 million was paid this year and $2 million spread over the next two.

NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo will make his tax returns available to the media at 2:30 p.m. They should give us an idea how much he made on his COVID-19 book last year.

A few pre-game notes in the following tweets...
1) Per NYS tradition, statewide electeds make their tax returns available to the media in hard copy. They aren't posted online for the whole public to see.

Why? I don't know. But that's why you'll see reporters reporting details but you won't be able to see the 1040 yourself.
2) Cuomo's tax return should show how much book income he made in 2020. But if past is prologue, that may not be the full picture -- his 2014 book income was spread across multiple years.

After a morning/early afternoon of utter confusion, Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office makes clear:

New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut will NOT be added to New York's quarantine list, even though their COVID-19 numbers qualified.

Cuomo himself said this earlier: "We are now in a situation where 43 states are on our travel advisory."

Also: "We now have 43 states on our quarantine list."

But when his office released the list, there were only 40 states on it. NJ, CT and PA had been exempted.
Here's what Cuomo said earlier about CT/NJ and whether they would be added to the quarantine list.

First, some background.

In NY, almost all gatherings are limited to no more than 50 people. It's laid out in Executive Order 202.45, which Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued June 15.

But! There are exceptions to the gathering limit for industries/activities where the state issued industry/activity-specific guidance.

Restaurants, for example. Outside NYC, they're limited to 50% capacity, which can exceed 50 people.
