the final Astro City Mini reveal begins in ~10 minutes these are all the games currently announced, the remaining 13 will be revealed tonight (Arabian Fight, Stack Columns & Ninja Princess already leaked...)
here we go... last-minute guess, I'm going to go out on a limb and say they might just announce Puyo Puyo 2
Astro City Mini game #24: Arabian Fight! this System 32 brawler has never been ported, and the huge sprites, scrolling & full-screen animated cut-ins were crazy for a 1991 game
Astro City Mini game #25: Ninja Princess! there were compromised versions for SG-1000/Master System but they just ain't the same
Ninja Princess was one of the earliest games Rieko Kodama worked on, and she recorded a video for this stream talking about her work on the game
Astro City Mini game #26: Stack Columns! this one does have a port as part of the Japanese Columns Arcade Collection for Saturn but it's fairly obscure... you might be thinking "three Columns games? why?!" & you're right, but trust me, this one goes places
they're going over various retailer packages/bonuses atm, see here
Astro City Mini game #27: Sonic Boom! the forgotten, never-ported System 16 STG, not the cartoon
Astro City Mini game #28: Scramble Spirits! again, there's a Master System version but the authentic System 24 version's never been reissued
Astro City Mini game #29: Flicky! it's not as fun as Mappy, but better than City Connection
Astro City Mini game #30: ijidkijidk 🥾! (Puyo Puyo Tsu)
Astro City Mini game #31: Quartet 2! that is, the 2P version of Quartet, as opposed to the standard 4P version; Double Target on Master System is based on this game
Astro City Mini game #32: Thunder Force AC! this is a remixed version of Thunder Force III, converted from Mega Drive to arcades, & it just got a reissue as part of Sega Ages for Switch
Astro City Mini game #33: Alex Kidd: The Lost Stars! again, ported to SMS but never reissued in authentic arcade form, this one's a Super Mario/Wonder Boy-style left-to-right platformer
Astro City Mini game #34: Rad Mobile! Sega's first System 32 game, loosely converted to Saturn as Gale Racer, this'll be the first true port
Astro City Mini game #35: Seishun Scandal! this one's a deeeep pull; developed by Coreland, you might know it better as the Master System game My Hero
Astro City Mini game #36: Space Harrier! in the end, they couldn't not include it
Astro City Mini Arcade Stick!
(btw, for anyone who wonders what's up with the Bandai-Namco by-credit: Bannam owns Banpresto, the successor to Coreland & developer of Seishun Scandal)
...and that's it for Astro City Mini, looks like they're rolling right into Game Gear Micro
