In theory, Obama would not need to be briefed (By Brennan) on the ‘Dossier’ in July - he already knew. Again, he had a copy dispatched in June.

Brennan (or someone else) briefed Obama in July on the info they already has in June - Obama was the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the country.

If the FBI, CIA & Obama Administration believed the “Dossier” was legitimate, there should have been an immediate CI Investigation into DNC & Clinton Campaign, their IT Staff (including Crowdstrike) as well as the murder of Seth Rich.
