“Your 20s are the best years of your life, so enjoy it!”

The ones making this ridiculous claim have lived life the wrong way..

Since THEY chose to party and drink in their 20s,

THEY were forced to work their 30s and 40s to make up for it

NOTHING is enjoyable about the lives they live

and they KNOW this!

Understand this 👇

- There are people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s living AMAZING lives.

The difference?

They WORKED in their younger days so they could enjoy the rest of their lives.

My advice is this:

• Make money young

Get a sales job, serve at a high-end restaurant, or something that pays $15-20/hr minimum

I had 10x more money than anyone my age because I:

- Had a great job
- Didn’t spend wastefully
- Knew what I wanted in life

• Have a long term vision

There are thousands of business opportunities out there making it easy to jump from one to another

Pick 1 and GIVE IT TIME!

- Build a following
- Learn copywriting
- Learn sales & marketing

And FAIL FORWARD!

Wealth creation is not complicated.

Finally,

• Take care of yourself

- 7-8 hours of sleep
- Don’t burn yourself out
- Exercise 3-5 times per week
- Remove all sources of negativity

The goal is to work hard now so you can have a better life later

But that doesn’t mean you must be miserable when working.

You’re allowed to have fun when young

But limit:

- The time you spend drunk
- The money you spend unreasonably

Focus on making the “better” decision most days

And you’ll end up with a life better than most people.

After 8 years in the gym, here's every fitness tip I could come up with:

1. Stop drinking alcohol.
2. Fasted cardio and lifting weights will turn your body into a fat-burning machine.
3. Get 50g protein minimum in your 1st meal
4. One 24-hour fast each week.
5. Spend a lot of time sitting? Do "bar hangs" after each workout to decompress your spine
6. 90% of your meals should be: chicken, steak, beef, salmon, shrimp, greek yogurt, eggs, fruit, rice, veggies, and potatoes
7. Lift legs 2x per week minimum. Your body's biggest muscles are in your lower body.

If I woke up 30lbs overweight with a big belly

Below would be the grocery list, meals, workouts, and routine I'd use to get my body back in 90 days:
GROCERY LIST:

- Eggs
- Carrots
- Low-carb tortillas
- Various hot sauces
- Big bag jasmine rice
- 100% peanut powder
- Vanilla protein powder
- 5lbs 93/7 ground beef
- Apples, pineapple, blueberries
- 4 tubs "Good Culture" cottage cheese
- Pint of ice cream (for sustainability)
MEAL PLAN:

The goal here is to make meals as SIMPLE and QUICK as possible.

When I'm hungry, I just want to eat.

The longer something takes to make, the less likely you'll feel like making it.

I'll skip breakfast and have some form of caffeine to hold me over until 11/12

#2 - No more breakfast.

You will only consume calories from 10AM-6PM

The goal here is to get your body in a routine and reduce calorie intake.

You may be hungry in the mornings if you're used to eating breakfast but it'll stop happening after the first week.

Below is every piece of advice I could give you for losing unwanted body fat:

1.) Stop drinking alcohol.
2.) 6 days small caloric deficit, 1 day maintenance.
3.) Supplement with creatine, magnesium, and electrolytes. Image
4.) Get a "desk treadmill" if you work from home. You'll get 10,000 steps within a couple hours
5.) Stop "identifying" as fat. No more negative self-talk. You need to have full-fledged 100% RUTHLESS belief in yourself.
6.) Every meal you eat should be heavy in protein.
7.) Get 1g of protein per lb of your bodyweight.
8.) Use these snacks to hit your protein goals:
-"Safe Catch" canned tuna (40g protein)
-"Good Culture" cottage cheese (19g)
-"Oikos Pro" greek yogurt (20g)
