A recent govt dept merger on 2/9/20 purports to improve women's equality & promote women empowerment

"yet the govt appointments are made up of 4 men & 2 women how can that be deemed representative "

Not really in spirit of #CEDAW

If #CEDAW was in domestic law TSM's could be used to challenge this, level the playing field and this incomparable split of governing of the merged departments could have been prevented.
