2/ UCP asked for, and they rejected it. That shows you they never wanted to negotiate in good faith. In fact, we have proof this was the case from the beginning. The increase in physician spending in the context that per visit costs have not gone up in years literally means 2/

3/ that more Albertans sought care and that we served more Albertans. The fact that the government wants to hold spending at this level indicates they don’t want us helping more people than last year, in a province that is growing in age and number of people. 3/
