Here, I'll explain it just so @OldKanart can be extra mad:
1. Initiation: "using doctrine to resolve core emotional vulnerability" Look at all the young angry white men in this using anti-wokeness to cover for their emotional vulnerability about their place in a changing world.

2. Cult indoctrination: "public pronouncements of faith" Like compulsively responding to anyone who disagrees with you with "pronouns in bio" or "2+2=4". There is clearly a ritualistic nature to these patterns of engagement that reinforces the ingroup/outgroup dynamic.
3. Cult reprogramming: "Get them to only do rightthink". James, not so good on the taxonomies, but you can see the reprogramming in the way they convince their cultists that anyone who defends CT is lying and misrepresenting and shouldn't be trusted.
I could do lots more, but unlike James I don't need 25,000 words to state the obvious. Radical indoctrination, primarily of young white men, is a huge problem online, and James's cult is a major hub for this harmful behavior.
