These all seem to be pointing towards Snowden being offered a deal. To me “sleep is important” comes off as “sleep on it”.
In 905, we see confirmation that Snowden replied. And “smartly”, at that. A few drops later, we now see Snowden *being thanked*. Up until this, the verbiage toward him had been hostile.
We now know POTUS is considering a pardon, to go from “he is a traitor, execute him” to “ya, I may pardon him” is a pretty damn big leap, IMO. Something changed. But what?
