GM to build the $NKLA Badger... diving into the SEC filing now...

Nikola is paying @GM $14,000 per truck built.

In other words, GM is going to use their existing ICE light-duty truck platform and put a battery and some motors in there. Last time I checked, they had no BEV truck in their portfolio. Nikola is only going to provide the design for the upper body.
GM is not going to sell and service the vehicles. That's up to $NKLA

Now that the OEM is known, can we know the Badger pre-order numbers? $NKLA - Somebody please bug Trevor about it.
Interesting changes on the Nikola Badger pre-order website: The previously sold-out $5,000 Honey package is available again but then the previously available $250 and $1,000 packages are sold out but a new cheaper $100 package is now available. I'm completely lost. 
This tweet needs some clarification:

$nkla will own the design of the upper body plus they need to sell and service it.

Trevor just confirmed to @seanmmitchell that $nikla is going to do sales, service and warranty which 100% contradicts his tweet from June 29 - the day the Badger preorders started - where is said that the OEM dealership would handle that.
