Excessive QT prolongation can trigger #tachycardias such as VENTRICULAR ARRHYTHMIA known as Torsades de pointes and can be fatal.

The DRUGS listed above can make the heart to beat too fast.
So for patients with Ventricular Arrhythmia, such drugs can easily predispose them to DEATH.
