This is actually global, @USAID has a Development Innovation Ventures program. Open to for profits & non-profits. This grant covers salaries, has multiple stages of funding- US$200K for POC to US$5M for scaling. read more here: usaid.gov/div/aps

For Jamaican medium sized businesses @DBJamaica has launched their BIGEE program offering J$14M in grant funding to businesses seeking to expand via innovation. You must be operating 7+ years and have revenue between J$75M-$150M.

For Jamaican tourism based enterprises @EXIMBankJa is facilitating the GOJ's tourism sustainability grant. I think the max is J$5M for business continuity. Applications close Sept 30, so apply quickly!
