💥NEW Newsom connection to the Sheng Thao/Rob Bonta/Andy Duong bribery and corruption scandal...

Andy Duong's attorney, Winston Chan, helped Gavin Newsom out of a financial jam back in 2021.

When Gavin was elected governor in Nov 2018 and moved the family to Sacramento they listed their home on Rock Rd in Kentfield (which carried a $3.25M mortgage) for $5.9M, then reduced the price to $5.6M in March 2019, then took it off the market in June 2019 and started renting it to neighbors who were remodeling.

When that renovation was over, the Newsoms were still on the hook for the $15,000/month mortgage + $34,000/yr property tax bill, plus other upkeep.

In swept Winston Chan, who purchased the home for $5.9M in May 2021 in an off-market transaction.Image

Home is in the name of an LLC his wife and her parents are members of; her parents had to personally guarantee the mortgage as well - which has a primary residence clause. As does the Fair Oaks home that Jennifer Newsom's name is on Image

😡 I'm currently headed out of CA to my exile just over the border in NV, where I was forced to move last year after engaging in the precise journalism that AB 2624 would now criminalize - documenting the taxpayer dollar trail to CHIRLA, an "immigrant services" NGO that has been playing a critical role in anti-ICE riots, and documenting details about its leaders/employees.

CA Dems are already punishing journalists who uncover these schemes (just ask @LoriMills4CA42 @amyforsandiego) by looking the other way while activist goons stalk and threaten us - and we know better than to ask the court system here to protect us. Now they want to add jail as an additional risk.

Shortly after I appeared on @foxnewsnight last June exposing CHIRLA, stalking in my own neighborhood by members of Indivisible and VC Defensa increased. Then the Glass House Farms raid/riot happened 10 miles from my home, with people from my small neighborhood attending, and the stalking got to where I felt unsafe and knew CA courts wouldn't protect me - and that, in fact, I'd probably be viewed as the person in the wrong and perhaps wrongfully arrested on bogus charges. So I spent thousands of dollars hastily moving over the border to safety.

That this bill exists validates my worst fears. If passed, Newsom & Bonta's thugs will engage in pre-dawn raids of independent journalists and throw us in jail.

🧵Palm Beach County elections volunteer John Panicci, who was arrested for stealing an encrypted access key during training for the Mar 24 special election, says he's a "huge tech nerd" who's a self-employed "computer consultant." His Facebook is also full of anti-Trump content, with a marked increase in the days leading up to the March 19 training session/theft.Image

On March 21, 2 days after the theft, Panicci was donating plasma when the machine severely malfunctioned. Shortly afterward he felt dizzy, had blurred vision and slurred speech, and passed out.

"At the very end of the cycle they realized the machine was not working properly when blood starting coming out of the front of the machine. They determined the reservoir inside had 330 ml of my blood that had not been returned plus whatever leaked into the machine. Three separate people that said they had worked there for over 10 years, had never seen anything like this happen with one of the machines before.

"When I got to the emergency room, they drew blood and determined my sugar count was 458, which is extremely high from what they tell me. I've never been diagnosed as diabetic so this is all news to me."

He was admitted to the hospital, but it's unclear how long he was there.Image
