三密回避、マスク、具合が悪いときは休む、ワクチン（後述）。原則は変わりません。 Image
COVID-19感染対策の難しさは、「感染した場合、発症数日前からウイルスを排出して他人に感染させてしまう」ことにあります。
なので、「誰もが自覚なく他人に感染させ得る」ことを前提に、対策を立てないといけません。

「診療の手引き」では、感染から症状出現までの中央値は2～3日となっていますが、オミクロン以降は4日目がピークとの報告もあります。

ロングCOVID（コロナ後遺症）の定義にはいろいろありますが、東京都の教職員向けハンドブックではWHOのものを採用していますので、ご紹介しておきます。

ロングCOVIDは、新型コロナウイルスが体内に留まり、炎症や自己免疫を介して血管内皮障害を起こしたり腸内細菌叢を乱したりすることで多臓器損傷を来すと考えられています（今後、新たな知見で書き換えらえる可能性があります。）

「COVID-19とは」
COVID-19が初めて世界に知られたのは、2020年1月でした。こちらが最初期の報告。この頃は、「肺炎を起こすウイルス」という認識でした。

2024年6月13日時点での、WHOによるCOVID-19罹患者数。7億7千万人とされていますが、この1年ちょっとで各国とも感染者数を真面目に数えなくなったので、大幅な過小評価だと思います。
ちょっと前までは死者数も並べて書かれていたんですが。

炎上中の「菅首相はワクチン頼み」全文書き起こし。立憲民主党の枝野代表は何と言ったのか？(篠原修司) - Y!ニュース news.yahoo.co.jp/byline/shinoha… 全文を読んだら「切り取り」よりダメだった。立憲民主党、医師も多数いらっしゃるだろうに、幹部に情報が届いていないんじゃないだろうか。
「ワクチン打ったらかからないとか、感染の広がりが抑えられるかまだわからない。」
→感染リスクは約20分の1に減るし、接種率が高い国では感染の広がりも抑えられている。
「強いワクチンがあればそれに打ち勝つ変異が起きるのが本質」
→変異は確率的なので感染者数が減れば変異の出現リスクも減る。
「高齢者のワクチン接種は7月末には間に合わないし、現役世代は年内に打ち切る状況ではない。」
→都市部はそうかも。
「ワクチンの効果が何か月あるかわからない。半年後も交代はあるらしいエビデンスはあるが。」
→「少なくとも」半年で、おそらくもっと長い。
