Hello Friends, I am a small investor and keep tracking of my holdings. I found that #Sharekhan is doing something wrong and holding shares for 7 to 8 days instead of delivery. I checked everything and raised complain with Sharekhan they transferred my shares with small sorry.

But this thing doesn't stopped here. I keep checking my account and saw that again they are holding my stocks even after my ledger is always positive. I have never done margin trading, NO FNO Account/trade. Only cash buy, I raise complain on @SEBI_India #Scores which directed to

@NSEIndia and they taken care of it. They asked #Sharekhan for a reason but Sharekhan not able to provide any reason. From 30th July to 8 Sept there were emails back n forth but no solution. NSE arrange a video conference between Sharekhan, Me and GRC team. Where Sharekhan told

they don't find any reason but gave a lame reason which can be seen in attached notice that because I am regular trader so it can be reason we have not transferred shares so we can do it manually. GRC asked them to tell the proper reason but they do not have anything to say

for which GRC told them in any case Sharekhan as not compliace with SEBI regulations and they are not able to give any reason so they will pass an order but still Sharekhan have 5pm time to reply on this they told we have nothing to say as they can't tell reason.But now i receive

this order where NSE/SEBi has not done anything and just closed the complain. Guys tell me how will investor survive when there will be a big fraud? Why Regulator have closed their eyes unless there is big fraud? How will someone go n complain when no action will be taken?

So I request everyone on Social media please open regulators eye before it was too late and lakh of investor got into trouble.. I have each and every document which proved that Sharekhan is doing wrong but NSE/SEBI let them go. NO PLACE FOR A INVESTOR IN SYSTEM OF SEBI AND BROKER

Want to Add 1 more thing, this doesn't happened 1 time.I noticed in May end where they gave some reason which i thought ok. Then i track all transaction and raise issue with SEBI/NSE. So I Emailed NSE on every delay with documents on 30th July, 5th Aug, 24th Aug, 8 Sept. #SEBI
