The biggest casualty of the industrial revolution is the FATHER-SON bond
Fathers in ancient societies taught their young boys to lift, philosophize and contemplate life
But the industrial revolution destroyed this bond & instead caged boys up in the oppressive schooling system
Now men are weaker than ever and they're boys are growing up even more miserable.
Male suicides and depression are skyrocketing and instead of addressing this problem, society continues to attack men even more.
What a disgrace.
The industrial revolution:
1. Destroyed father son apprenticeships 2. Reshaped the schooling system to train for factory labor 3. Led to the rise of industrial processed food 4. Catalyzed the feminist movement
All of these neutered boys & destroyed testosterone levels.
First off, I want to make this clear.
I support feminism & equal rights for men & women. But what I don't support is the intersectional, radical strain of the feminist movement that is not trying to support women, but tear men down.
This strain of the movement attacks the "patriarchy" as oppressive and wants to model society based on something like the feminist Bonobo monkey utopia where females lead society & real masculinity is nonexistent.
The paradox is that this hurts both men & women.
The movement did make a lot of good points. By the mid 1900s, real strong men were hard to find. The men we were left with were oppressive, corrupt & "toxic" in many ways.
But what feminism failed to neglect is the role of real, positive masculinity.
Instead of renewing male initiation practices & training boys to become strong men, society attacked them.
This accelerated the problem.
Insecure fathers created even more insecure boys.
Without a proper role model & initiation, boys never become strong men.
These boys go on to develop major psychological problems that results in tyrannical behavior.
A real man isn't vindictive and emotionally unstable.
A real man is strong, loving, compassionate & centered.
This takes real effort to develop.
But today, more boys than ever are growing up in single parent homes.
And even in homes where there are two parents, they're effectively raised by two mothers.
The schooling system destroys masculinity and society is progressively extirpating any and all aggression.
Soon it's no longer going to be accepted to express any masculinity. No more:
Once again, this isn't to devalue the incredible work of mothers. But boyhood poses a unique challenge that only men (or groups of men) can grok.
Instead young men were left at home to waste their lives on porn, video games, alcohol & junk food.
This is why today it's so rare to find a man that:
- Has pecs & abs
- Is both a lover & a warrior
- Isn't going to have a heart attack
- Doesn't eat junk
- Reads instead of watching TV
- Knows his purpose
- Has emotional control
- Is surging with testosterone
Frankly, this is one of the biggest problems in society.
Weak men are the cause of almost all civilizational destruction.
I wish the solution was as simple as giving men more steak & beef liver. But this is a problem that beef liver alone cannot solve.
