Longtime Kremlin agent @MichaelRCaputo—just caught doctoring CDC reports for Trump at DHHS in a way that kills Americans—is now attacking my feed. He likely knows Proof of Corruption is a damning indictment of DHHS. I hope you'll RT this link to honor him: amazon.com/dp/1250272998?…
PS/ @MichaelRCaputo—again, quite seriously, a longtime Kremlin agent who is now doctoring CDC reports and thereby killing Americans during a pandemic, doing the bidding of his old-and-possibly-current boss—is now trolling this feed and blocking my readers. Wow. #ProofofCorruption
PS2/ I knew the Trump administration would ultimately grapple with Proof of Corruption—and I'm not surprised it's DHHS, given this is in significant part a book addressing a pandemic that DHHS mishandled—but why let @MichaelRCaputo attack me, when he's so obviously damaged goods?
PS3/ @MichaelRCaputo is supposed to be a Trumpist communications expert, so when he engages with the author of a book that's the most serious—fully sourced—critique of his boss in print, it's a communications error of unimaginable dimensions. These men are evil *and* incompetent.
PS4/ Guess which longtime Kremlin agent who now works for Trump at DHHS doctoring CDC reports and killing Americans appeared on pages 195, 196, 210, 215, and 432 of Proof of Collusion (2018)? Sounds like @MichaelRCaputo has wanted to take a shot at the Proof series a long time.
PS5/ I tweeted about DHHS flack @MichaelRCaputo doctoring CDC reports on Trump's behalf in a way that kills Americans at midnight—mentioning my book Proof of Corruption—and went to bed. I woke to an attack on me by Caputo. Proof of Corruption has landed inside the administration.
PS6/ The strange thing is that I didn't tag Caputo in my two tweets concerning him last night—and I obviously have just released a book no one at DHHS or in the Trump administration wants anyone to read—so the scope of this Team Trump *tantrum* is just... breath-taking, actually.
PS7/ I've now looked at so many Proof of Corruption shops that when I see this—from the POLITICO story revealing Putin/Trump stooge @MichaelRCaputo is doctoring CDC reports in a way that kills Americans—I see a framed photo of Proof of Corruption's cover on the wall next to him.
UPDATE/ Caputo is now *ranting* about me on his feed—total meltdown. I haven't seen a comms error this grave from a supposed expert in years. The reason the White House told @KellyannePolls—who followed me for 4 years—to unfollow me was to avoid attention for Proof of Corruption.
UPDATE2/ And in the midst of the White House trying to ensure it doesn't direct anyone to Proof of Corruption—because there is no better-sourced or more damning book about this White House in the U.S., and its two Proof-series predecessors were NYT bestsellers—Caputo does *this*.
UPDATE3/ And yet we can guess the deal here:

Caputo knows PROOF OF COLLUSION (2018) mentioned him—and became a NYT bestseller.

He knows PROOF OF CONSPIRACY (2019) mentioned him—and became a NYT bestseller.

Now PROOF OF CORRUPTION (2020) is out—and he sees where this is headed.
UPDATE4/ I didn't expect to focus so much on this today, but @MichaelRCaputo is *really* struggling to respond to the breaking news that he's doctoring CDC reports and killing Americans.

He knows me—we've argued before—and he knows the Proof series, as he's in it. He's flailing.
UPDATE5/ How do I know he's flailing? Right now @MichaelRCaputo isn't just ranting about me on his feed instead of responding to the news that he's doctoring CDC reports and killing Americans, he's blocking my followers and attacking their {checks notes} college pedigrees?

What?
UPDATE6/ @MichaelRCaputo is at the center of major national news today—as a Kremlin agent whose doctoring of CDC reports has killed Americans—and he's chosen to spend the day on Twitter attacking me, my new book Proof of Corruption, and blocking my readers? Again I ask... *what?*
UPDATE7/ Here's @MichaelRCaputo—again, and you can Google this, a longtime Kremlin agent who now works for Trump (so a "reverse Dimitri Simes")—falsely claiming COVID-19 is a *bioweapon* to defuse allegations against DHHS like those in Proof of Corruption:
UPDATE8/ What's so funny about this latest entry in Caputo's Twitter rant—besides the fact he's getting ratio'ed for it—is he *knows* we've interacted before. He threatened me repeatedly *here on Twitter*, in such a *creepy* way he later had to apologize. What's *wrong* with him?
UPDATE9/ When I was a federal criminal investigator working in D.C. in the 1990s, I associated this sort of conduct with a daytime drinker. But it's only *1PM* at DHHS—where, again, Caputo has been doctoring CDC reports and killing Americans—so surely he's on the clock right now?
UPDATE10/ Because of my new book Proof of Corruption, I now have the undivided attention of the man in the Trump administration—@MichaelRCaputo—responsible for doctoring CDC reports and killing Americans (after years spent working for Putin). Any questions you want me to ask him?
NOTE/ By far, my favorite Twitter response to the bizarre rant against me and Proof of Corruption now being published by former Putin flack @MichaelRCaputo—on the day we learned he's been doctoring CDC reports in a way that kills Americans—is, without question, this old classic:

(🧵) THREAD: There’s no purpose in debating Trump supporters on Venezuela. They lack the background to participate in a coherent conversation. Do they know Trump is backing a socialist despot over a capitalist who won the 2024 election by 34 points? No.

It gets worse from there.
1/ People without principles, like MAGAs, desperately alight on random anecdotes to try to “prove” points—as they don’t know how to *actually* prove a point, make an argument, hold a consistent position, marshal evidence, or maintain logical throughlines across diverse scenarios.
2/ So for instance, they’ll tell you that the justness of what Trump did is “proven” by how some Venezuelans reacted to it. But these are the same folks whose political ideology has long been grounded in denying international law and the sovereignty or interests of other nations.

This is the tip of the iceberg.

As detailed in 2020 bestseller Proof of Corruption, Trump used Erik Prince, Rudy Giuliani and a megadonor to launch clandestine negotiations in Venezuela that would've effectuated some version of the deal. America is being lied to every which way. Image
What the NYT-bestselling Proof Series has shown—across 2,500 pages and over 15,000 reliable major media citations from around the world—is that what we think of as many different scandals is *one* scandal: the Trump-Russia Scandal. Ukraine, Israel, KSA, Venezuela... even Epstein.
The Trump-Russia Scandal, as a research topic, is so vast—it covers so many continents, decades, and scandals in various nations—that we can analogize being a scholar of it to being a scholar of the Cold War or the Gilded Age.

We keep speaking of trees without seeing the forest.

So blowing up the dead body of the man Trump deliriously claims stole the 2020 presidential election from him was part of a *law enforcement operation* targeting an entirely different leader? Pull the other leg now.
en.apa.az/america/us-str…
It was almost exactly six years ago that Trump told us he thirsted to destroy key foreign cultural sites just to desecrate them and was told in reply—unambiguously—that this was a war crime.

Today he apparently bombed a culturally significant *mausoleum*. bbc.com/news/world-mid…
Corporate media appears to be under-reporting or not reporting the mausoleum strike—a media victory for Trump because it at once hides a war crime, hides a fact that debunks Trump’s claims of this being a law enforcement op, and hides a key Venezuelan justification for vengeance.

This anodyne BS is how the NYT summarizes the most corrupt presidency in US history.

Trump said he didn't know what Project 2025 was; he lied.

He said he would get prices down; he lied.

He said he'd only deport criminals; he lied.

He started wars and attacked his own people. Image
He destroyed the White House. He took bribes. He pardoned monsters. He grifted taxpayers and investors out of billions. He covered up pedophilia. He committed war crimes. He enabled genocide. He savaged federal agencies. He engaged in stochastic terrorism. He simped for the rich.
He cut off student loan forgiveness. He did special business favors for the CCP. He destroyed small farms. His tariffs constituted the largest tax increase on Americans in decades. He told thousands of lies in public. He hid major medical issues. He spread racist disinformation.

UPDATE: CNN confirms that "the envelope [holding the Epstein-Nassar Note] was sent from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City [where Epstein was being held] to Nassar"—*and* got vetted by federal officials.

Which explains the Virginia postmark (where the FBI is).
So (1) Why won’t the FBI release the 2020 handwriting analysis it did, if that analysis concluded the note was a forgery? (2) How did the FBI preclude the possibility—even *likelihood*—of dictation in 120 minutes? (3) Where’s the *real* Epstein-Nassar note we *know* Epstein sent?
On a separate but related note, I'm astonished at how many folks I thought smart bought the Trump FBI/DOJ explanation instantly—despite none of it making sense.

You realize these are just Trump personal lawyers with no ethics or fear of repercussions, right?

Why kowtow to them?

Trump posted this without knowing Nick Reiner was under arrest. He posted it assuming one of his fans murdered Rob Reiner. So if you want to know how Trump will react if fans start murdering his enemies, now you know. He'll celebrate and blame the victims. Image
Those claiming Trump knew he was commenting on a family dispute are not reading the confirmed, universally reported on post above. Trump makes very clear *his* understanding at the time he composed his post—which may have been last night—was that Rob was killed over his politics.
The post above is far more dangerous, disgusting, and diabolical than anyone is yet realizing. This isn't just Donald Trump pissing on the grave of a critic, it's him signaling that those who do violence in his name are justified because they were—definitionally—provoked into it.
