না খেয়ে বসে আছে" ! বৃদ্ধা অবশ্য পৈতেটা দেখতে চান নি, কিন্তু সকালবেলা গঙ্গার ঘাটে অত ফর্সা একটা লোক, বামুন না হয়ে যায় না | ঈষৎ হেসে আলী সাহেব উঠলেন এবং বৃদ্ধার বাড়ি গিয়ে বিশুদ্ধ সংস্কৃত উচ্চারণে ষোড়শোপচারে পুজো সেরে সিধা নিয়ে ফিরে গেলেন |

আমি ওঁকে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে মাত্র চার দিনের জন্য দেখেছি | পাটনায়, দু-তিন বিঘা জমির উপরে বিশাল একটা বাংলো বাড়িতে থাকতেন, সঙ্গী গোটাদুয়েক কাজের লোক, মাস্টার নামে একটি সারমেয়, আর বাড়িভর্তি বই | স্ত্রী-পুত্র পাকিস্তানে থাকতেন |
অনেকদিন হল এন্তেকাল করেছেন | যেখানেই থাকেন, ভালো থাকুন |

A few humble suggestions from an old Karyakarta.

1. The language of the campaign must be in Bengali. All-India leaders will of course speak in Hindi, but Hindi-speaking leaders from
@narendramodi @BJP4India @AmitShah

other states need be invited ONLY for Hindi-speaking audiences.
2. The campaign must have a distinctly Bengali flavour. I suggest adding ‘Jai Ma Kali’ to ‘Jai Shri Ram’.
3. The state leadership must identify 2/3 issues and campaign relentlessly on them. Ground level

karyakartas must be coached on the issues, in writing or electronically. Many state-level karyakartas have no consciousness in this regard.
4. Choice of candidates must be VERY CAREFULLY done. Candidates having ideological loyalty towards BJP/RSS must be preferred over

Have you noticed that Islamist-terrorist activities in Russia have come down to almost zero!
Back on 1st September 2004 there was a siege by Islamic terrorists at Beslan in Russia when 333, including 186 children and 31 terrorists, were killed.

গোধরায় যে ৫৭ জন হিন্দু তীর্থযাত্রীকে জ্যান্ত পুড়িয়ে মারা হয়েছিল তার আগুন লাগিয়েছিল স্থানীয় ঘাঞ্চি মুসলমানরা। সেটাকে অপ্রমাণ করার জন্য দাগী চোর লালু যাদব কলকাতার এক অবসরপ্রাপ্ত বিচারপতিকে দিয়ে এক তদন্তের ভড়ং করায়। সেই তদন্ত এতই হাস্যকর ছিল যে ‘সেকুলার’রা পর্যন্ত

তার কথা বলে না। কিন্তু সাদা চামড়ার বজ্জাত বিবিসি সেটাকে লুফে নিয়ে ওই আগুন লাগানোর ঘটনাকে ‘বিতর্কিত’ বলার চেষ্টা করছে। সেটাকে আবার লুফে নিয়ে বাংলাদেশের ময়মনসিংহের এক মোল্লা বলছে, সাদা চামড়ার লোকেরা যেটা বলছে সেটাই ঠিক!
