Bad interview where interviewer asks no tough questions and tosses full tosses which Bhushans despatch to the fence...hundred tough questions xould have been asked but were not. Happens when you basically agree fully with your interviewees.
Asks questions about intolerance without any reference point. Also Bhushan's PILs ask courts to intervene in eco policy based on his understanding of fundamental rights. But no followup Q's asked. Courts cannot impose policies on elected govts however well intentioned they may be
Bhushan senior's claim that Kashmir has right to secede gets no counter. This is nothing but identity based bigotry that asserts the if you are Muslim you won't live in Hindu India. We know what happened after Pakistan seceded in 1947. Do we want religion based secession again?

Hinduphobia is turning into Hindu hatred in the name of opposing Hindutva. More than 40 American Universities that get Indian students are promoting such hatred.
Tell These Universities: Stop Supporting the Anti-#Hindu Conference @HinduAmerican votervoice.net/Shares/BAAAAAN…
A conference titled 'Dismantling Global Hindutva', scheduled for 10-12 September, is essentially planning to mainstream Hindu hatred under pressure from evangelical and Islamist groups often masquerading under the label of South Asian students with most names remaining anonymous.
Opposing Hindutva without defining it clearly is no different from opposing Hinduism. Hatred for a so-called Hindu nationalist govt is now being used to mainstream Hindu hatred which can only result in ethnicide and violence against Hindus. We have seen this in Pak, BD & Kashmir

Quick analysis of Cong manifesto: First though, politically good to say that we will promise only what we can deliver. But this may at best apply to NYAY - Rs 6000 pm scheme. But only 20% of 20% to be delivered each year. So first year only 4% will be covered.
First year NYAY cost can be covered fully by converting Modi's PM Kisna Samman which costs the same - Rs 75,000 crore. Next year it can be done if some other social security schemes scrapped - example NREGA (another Rs 60000 cr). By 3rd year fisc should be able to pay another 75k
Where the numbers dont add up is the other promises: to raise education budget to 6% of GDP, to raise helath spending, to increase defence spending. If you increase spending in all areas, then the math will not add up.
