The powers that be foster these feelings of cynicism and negativity on the common people, especially the poorest ones.

From my own experiences growing up, we were always taught to be cynical and hard on ourselves, as well as distrustful of any goodness that might come our way.

Any type of good fortune or blessing was always met with cynicism, if not outright derision, and cries of "too good to be true".

Because of this, most ordinary souls never dared take any risk that could open doors to a better life and rejected opportunities out of negatively.

That's a big tactic of how they keep us down.

Positive thinking works wonders for a person and can propel them into many unexpected opportunities and blessings.

That's why ordinary people have been conditioned to reject it and ridicule those few who practice and advocate it.

The higher-ups know the power of positive thoughts, combined with healthy habits and lifestyle.

This is why those things have always been rare, and are almost nonexistent today.

They don't want the ordinary Joe or Jane to have any success. It would create too much competition.

The ancient wisdom of positive thinking influencing our actions as espoused by the great Hermes Trismegistus.

So, the next time you're tempted to go negative or even despair due to a personal or world problem-do the exact opposite.

Don't just have hope for something better, know that something better will happen because we are beings of light and no darkness can overcome us.
