MONDAY MOTIVATION:

Afflictions & Calamities Are Your Way to Great Goals 💪

If Allah (SWT) wishes that His servant achieves great goals, it is one of Allah's practices that there will be TESTS to facilitate the means to the goals; these include afflictions, misfortunes and
teething troubles. Thus, his realization of these goals thereafter is comparable to the attainment of Paradise by the people of Paradise after death, worries of barzakh, resurrection, standing on the plain of resurrection, accountability, Siraat Bridge and enduring those frights
and hardships. This is exactly as He admitted His Messenger into Makkah, which was a great entry after the disbelievers had expelled him from there; He reinforced him with a massive support after he suffered what he suffered in the hands of the enemies of Allah.
Similar to this is what he did to His Messengers such as Nooh, Ibraaheem, Moosaa, Hood, Saalih and Shu‘ayb (may peace and blessings be upon them); He made them attain exemplary goals through the means that the souls despise and find difficult. This is as He stated:
“Jihaad is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know.” [Soorah al-Baqarah: 216].
In summary, praiseworthy goals are hidden in cache of dislikes and difficult means just as detested and excruciating goals are hidden in cache of desired and pleasant means ever since Allah created Paradise and surrounded it with disliked things, and created Hell Fire
and surrounded it with desires and passions.

SHAYTAN WANTS YOU TO BE LAZY. HERE ARE 3 STEPS TO OVERCOME IT!

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said, “

During your sleep, the Shayṭān ties three knots at the back of the head of each of you, and he breathes the following words at each knot, ‘The night is long, so keep on sleeping.’
"If that person wakes up & remembers Allāh, one knot is undone. If they perform ablution, then the second knot is undone. If they pray, then all the knots are undone, and they get up in the morning lively and in good spirits, otherwise, they get up in low spirits and lazy.”
[Bukhāri 3269}

When one miss Fajr prayer, it affects his whole day, & Iblis knows this, which is why he ties the three knots. He tries hard to make sure we don’t wake up for fajr.

The Prophet ﷺ said if we don’t wake up for fajr, then the laziness will last throughout the day.

Daily Hadith: 12th Safar 1442 (29th September 2020)

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated Talha bin 'Ubaidullah (RA):

A man came to the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) asking him about Islam, & the Noble Prophet (SAW) said:
"You have to offer five compulsory
prayers in a day and a night (24 hours)."

The man asked, "Is there any more compulsory prayers for me?"

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "No, unless you like to offer Nawafil (i.e. optional prayers)."
Allah's Apostle then added, "You have to observe fasts during the month of Ramadan." The man said, "Am I to fast any other days?' Allah's Apostle (SAW) said, "No, unless you wish to observe the optional fast voluntarily." Then Allah's Apostle told him about the compulsory Zakat.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

IT IS ABOUT SALAAT (PRAYERS)

Read this very carefully & meditate!

It is a thread..
Allah commanded Issa (Jesus) Peace of Allah be upon him, to pray (SALAAT) while he was in the cradle as a baby. Now, imagine a newborn in his cradle saying, "..and He (Allah) enjoined on me SALAAT (prayer).." (Surat Maryam verse 31).

It is still that SALAAT!
Moses, peace be upon him, had an appointed with Allah in a place the minds cannot fathom its greatness, & he receives the greatest of 2 things:

"Verily! none has the right to be worshipped but I, so worship Me, & perform Salat for My remembrance." (Quran 20:14).

Still, SALAAT!

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated Abu Al-Aswad (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Once I went to Medina where there was an outbreak of disease and the people were dying rapidly. I was
sitting with 'Umar and a funeral procession passed by. The people praised the deceased. 'Umar said, "It has been affirmed" (Paradise). Then another funeral procession passed by. The people praised the deceased. 'Umar said, "It has been affirmed." (Paradise). Then another
funeral procession passed by. The people praised the deceased.
'Umar said, "It has been affirmed (Paradise)." Then a third funeral
