If you're truly concerned about "systemic racism," your goal should be purging ALL racially discriminatory policies and prejudice from The System, not merely changing which races get discriminated against.
That's not only necessary for the obvious reason that if the targets change once, they can change again. It's because ideas like racial prejudice are cancerous. Tolerate them and they will metastasize quickly through any system, because they are a source of easy power and money.
It's no coincidence that undercover videos of "racial awareness seminars" and "anti-white supremacy training" reveal absurdly stupid grift operations that would be laughed out of the classroom by third-grade children, as would the "scholarship" of the movement's Deep Thinkers.
Racism is easy money. The grifters are sloppy and ridiculous because they don't have to be sharp. Forcing people to treat idiots as if they're incisive thinkers, and lazy grifters as if they're paragons of morality, makes EVERYONE more stupid and corrupt.
TV networks are pumping out a tidal wave of shows that dramatize how stupid and vicious the racists of the 50s and 60s were. They don't realize that their caricatures are also easily recognizable in the "anti-racism industry" hucksters of today.
Try watching any of these Yesteryear Was Awful and Racist shows with today's racial conflicts in mind, and you can't get around it - just switch the skin colors, tweak the dialogue a bit, and you've got the same spiteful viciousness and lunkheaded idiocy of today.
Racism is lazy and stupid, no matter who the racist is, or how they justify their policies. It's an invitation to blame someone else for your problems while feeling *inherently* superior - two of the most addictive conceptual drugs the human race has ever invented.
Maintaining a huge system of racial prejudice with enforcement powers and billions of dollars in funding is an invitation to manufacture and weaponize idiocy for generations to come. As you may have noticed, weaponized idiocy has a hair trigger for erupting into street violence.
The political class will NEVER be able to resist the temptation to tap into racial prejudice for easy money and power. Hucksters will NEVER resist the temptation to prey on people who have been forced to accept stupid ideas. We must take the temptation away.
We're spending tons of money, and spilling gallons of blood, to obscure the self-evident truth that all men are created equal. Today's elites castigate the Founders for failing to live up to their ideals, while gleefully perverting those ideals for personal gain.
As long as we have a system built around the idea that some people must be punished because of their skin color, that some races are inherently more virtuous than others, we will have war. The only real peace is unconditional. We should insist on nothing less. /end

One reason we're suffering through so much turmoil right now is that for the Left, everything has to be a huge moralistic crusade exploited for maximum political gain. The System is always broken from coast to coast. The American people are always the root problem.
A given problem can never be a matter of individual judgment, especially if those individuals are Democrat politicians. The more Dems involved in the legislative and administrative process around the crisis, the more likely the Left will finger all Americans as the real culprits.
It can never be a matter of the rules being followed but leading to a bad outcome in a particular case. It can never, EVER be that a member of a preferred left-wing grievance group exercised bad judgement and created a bloody disaster.

Imagine Democrats win in November. Fast forward to 2021. President Harris is pushing huge tax hikes, a welfare spending spree, a reparations bill. Think you'll be able to drive safely through a city while that's playing out?
When I warn that you'll get more terror tactics if the Dems pay no price at the ballot box for using them, I don't just mean "expect more street violence during the next close election." They'll use these tactics to subdue middle-class resistance for every major issue.
They need working Americans to feel helpless and terrified, afraid to organize or push back. That's how a minority of extremists uses political violence to force its agenda through. The middle class will be taught that submission is the price of peace.

The "peaceful transfer of power" ship sailed with the Obama administration in 2016, kicking up a rooster tail as it roared out of the dock, but Republicans are still required to ritually proclaim that they will be good losers.
We're coming off a couple of months where the Democrat Party threatened America with violent riots if they lose, loudly announced it will not accept the results of the vote if Trump wins, and floated several plans to change election rules so they can never lose again.
But that's OK, because Democrats have absolutely no equivalent requirement to promise they will be good losers. The conversation is, in fact, rigged so that voters understand it's DANGEROUS for Democrats to lose. They will pay a price for defying the Party at the ballot box.

Hi, this is the police, texting you one hour in advance under our new rules of engagement to let you know we'll be swinging by for a raid. If you feel like shooting at us, would you kindly ask unarmed residents of your home to clear your line of fire? Thanks in advance!
Hi, this is your 15-minute update on the upcoming raid. Quick reminder - we'll be knocking, ringing your doorbell, slipping a note under the door, and floating balloon animals outside your window to let you know we've arrived. Check the back of that note for a fun pizza coupon!
After your police raid is complete, we'll be sending you a brief survey so you can let us know how you enjoyed the experience. Be sure to indicate how many shots you fired, what caliber of bullet you used, and your preferred media narrative for how it was all our fault.

The question hanging over this whole election has been whether voters who aren't already committed partisans are willing to make it purely a referendum on Donald Trump, with an invisible generic Democrat as the alternative.
It worked for Biden for a while because people are angry and frightened over the coronavirus, and because Trump does tend to make himself the center of attention. The first debate is really the moment when voters will decide if the Generic Democrat is an acceptable alternative.
I don't think that game will work for much longer. One reason for tightening polls is that people are working through bad feelings about Trump, driven by saturation anti-Trump media coverage, and starting to wonder what the alternative really is. That's very bad for Biden.

The media keeps saying that only guild journalists can provide the vital "context" needed for the people to understand big stories, but not a single mainstream media outlet seems interested in explaining to its audience what actually happened with Merrick Garland.
The whole notion of not confirming a justice if the Senate is held by the OPPOSING PARTY goes completely unmentioned, even though it requires only a single sentence - maybe half a dozen total, if you want to explain the reasoning behind it.
At BEST, the media settles for a simplistic "everybody is just hypocritically switching sides now that it's a GOP nominee" that isn't even worthy of a Tweet, let alone a full "news" report from a major journalism operation.
