In Aug. we paused content production for our 'Social Good' Blog.

We focused on reorganizing our EXISTING content to make it more accessible to users (& Google).

In Sept. we are pacing at a 54% increase in total traffic.

With SEO more content isn't always the answer.
When I say "organized our existing content," we did (& are continuing to do) this:

1/ "Flatten" our site architecture.

This makes it easier for Google & users alike to find our full library of content.

This page by @backlinko explains this well:

This led us to create "Content Hubs," organize our content categorically, & make more our posts accessible a few clicks from the homepage.

Pages available on our menu at growensemble.com are examples

This is a great intro to content hubs:

2/ Audited Our Internal Linking

"Internal links are the most powerful SEO lever you control 100% after content."

We audited pages with the most links, edited copy & added 5-10+ keyword rich internal links to each.
