1.) @PMOIndia, @DefenceMinIndia & 3 Chiefs. Continuing with the denial of medical care to defence veterans & their dependents in military hospital & inadequacies of ECHS. Another serious problem is acute shortage of availability of prescribed medicines in all most of the ECHS
2.) Clinics across d country. D availability has fallen to approx. 40%, forcing the veterans to buy medicines from d market with their own money & subsequently claim refund. D process of claiming money is so tedious, cumbersome & takes approx. 4 months to receive d claim money.
3.) It’s also extremely difficult for the widows to prepare and file the claims papers.
2.There is need to make available 100% prescribed medicines to the ECHS patients. Local purchase of any needs to be carried out by the OIC Polyclinic as was the purchase earlier.

1.) @DefenceMinIndia, @adgpi @IAF_MCC and @indiannavy. Difficulties being faced by Ex-Servicemen in ECHS Empanelled Hospitals. They are refusing to entertain Ex-servicemen saying that No Beds are available. Secondly, authorised Cashless treatment will not be given.
2.) They ask for heavy Deposits to start the treatment. A case in point is regarding Nb Sub Ramjee Prasad an ESM suffering from COVID 19 was refused admission in an empanelled hospital Rajeshwar Hospital, Patna, saying there was No ECHS contract for COVID-19 patients, no cashless
3.) treatment and asked to deposit Rs 2 lakhs if he wanted Hospital to provide medical care. The JCO had to manage Rs 2 lakhs to start the treatment, unfortunately he has expired. I brought the case to the notice of MD ECHS who immediately responded,

(1/5) @PMOIndia, @DefenceMinIndia, CDS and Three Chiefs. Some questions to Hon’ble Prime Minister and Hon’ble Raksha Mantri on the Non implementation of OROP:-
* Why the Govt has not taken any action on the One Man Reddy Committee report even after 4 years??
(2/5)* Why the Reddy Committee Report has not been made public?
*Has the Govt accepted the recommendations of the Reddy Committee report on OROP?
*Ex Defence Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman constituted a committee to further study Reddy Committee recommendations to implement it.
(3/5) What is the status of that committee report??
Why it is still pending?
* Why the Govt has not revise the OROP as assured vide Govt letter dated 07 Nov 2015 due in July 2019 after 5 years?
* When will the arrears of OROP due in July 2019 be paid to d Veterans?

(1/4) Dear Friends,
1. No doubt d OROP has NOT been implemented. What hurts us most are the Statements by PM that OROP had been granted. He has not been briefed correctly.
2. A Sepoy gets approx Rs 5000 pm less & an Officer approx Rs 10000 pm less Pension than their Counterparts.
(2/5) Regarding JCOs, it is surprising & shocking to know that Current retirees are getting Rs 6000 pm less Pension than the past retirees which is not justified.
3. I once again request for 15 minutes Meeting with @PMOIndia to explain that OROP had not been implemented I am...
(3/5) sure he will change his mind.
4. NFU case was won by Col @Warrior_Mukul in AFT but the Govt has appealed against the Judgement in Hoble SC while all other Central Govt Services had been granted NFU. Other issues of concern have not been resolved.
