FFS 🤦🏼♀️ the tiny blue manipulated media tag at the bottom of the tweet is completely inadequate, I reported the tweet - but @TwitterSupport policy needs to be proactive and remove that tweet, any tweet with that video, and any future blatant fake automatically

If they won’t delete - at a minimum the banner should be at the top of the tweet in red and should say ‘click to see the original and real video’
Actually, maybe it's better not to delete and instead a red banner at the top should say:
"This person has shared a fake video. Click here to see the real one."
