Most people click on “Agree and continue” without reading the terms and agreement, or the disclaimer, especially online.
However, here are a few reasons you should read them before agreeing. 1. They explain the nature and extent of the relationship between you and that company.
2. They explain the way in which the services provided are intended to be used and what you are and are not allowed to do. For instance, if you download a resource you will most probably not be entitled to distribute it commercially. 3. If there is a dispute/badly provided
service on the company’s part, the T&Cs should provide a procedure for getting this resolved.
