Many people in good faith have suggested me to get an FIR registered in Uttar Pradesh as family of deseased lives in UP & then persuade UP govt to recommend #CBIForPalghar on the line of #SSRDeathCase
This thread on why I'm not doing it.
Few have suggested me to get an FIR registered in Uttar Pradesh as sadhus belonged to Dashami Akhada, thus an FIR could be lodged there. Also the family members of deceased lives in Uttar Pradesh.
Moreover, @myogiadityanath ji is a strict administrator. So it could be helpful.
But there is a difference between Sushant's case and Sadhus.
In #SushantCase, no FIR was lodged in Maharashtra at all.
Bihar Police lodged the FIR on the instance of the family of @itsSSR which was considered correct even by the Apex Court.
However in Palghar Lynching, 2 FIR were lodged in Maharashtra.
So an FIR if lodged in UP or any other part of country will hold no merit.
If any FIR is lodged in any state, it will have to be transferred to Maharashtra because the investigation is going on in Maharashtra.
I have no trust on the investigation carried by the Maharashtra and I've my reasons to believe the same.
I'm attaching one of the many reason.
You all can comment with your own reasons.
I'm currently fighting in Supreme Court and I'm hopeful for a CBI inquiry by the Supreme Court 🙏
