1/ GA voters, read this report linked below from a county election official, sent to the General Assembly Committee anonymously. No doubt out of fear for his/her job. We know that many officials fear retribution from @GaSecofState if they speak truth about the flawed system.
2/ The county official's report is clear, balanced yet presents a picture of why we are so concerned about the November election. Very little has been accomplished by the State to improve the system since June.
3/ Consider this report with the seriousness it merits.
Why were these problems even present in June?
Why must the whistleblower be anonymous?
What does this imply for November if we still have this flawed system?
What is the safest way to cast a November ballot?
Coffee County has uploaded no results as of 10:45.
And Bibb County has not uploaded Mail ballots or early voting.
Is this is any way related to the recent cyberattacks?
2/ Also both Coffee and Bibb have had highly restricted voting system software put in the hands of unauthorized actors. But no one has really investigated to figure out if there was damage to the system.
Maybe it is just coincidence, but they shouldn't have to guess!
3/ It is REALLY hard to get good information on what exactly is happening, so it is hard to guess from afar why these two recently attacked counties are not able to report results.
Many damning documents re: Coffee voting system software theft have still not been extracted from Coffee Bd. and their attorneys, Hall Booth Smith. We've made massive efforts to get the Court to force production and sanction them.
2/ Everyone has seen the infamous videos of the intruders starting the first breach: 11alive.com/article/news/p…
3/ But it took months of chipping away at the Hall Booth Smith "inaccurate" representations that the videos did not exist to finally secure and publish them.
Their reckless and sketchy claims of disappeared videos and emails caused massive delays.
2/ It’s very likely that Biden still wins handily if the Fulton votes were accurately counted. However, SOS and SEB are too embarrassed and timid to find out and prove it. It only serves to undermine confidence.
SEB should have insisted on independent review of this complaint.
3/ It’s a flat out lie that they cannot determine whether the ballots were included in the official tally. We @CoalitionGoodGv have done it many times.
Why did SEB accept this inaccurate “finding?”
This sets up 2024 for more controversy and bitterness.
We filed formal request with St. Elec. Bd. today to require manual recounts as GA Law requires.
See our press release explaining the proposal. 1/

2/ GA law requires hand counts for recounts, and the law should be followed, particularly as some 2024 contests could be close and need scrutiny.
Touchscreen-generated ballots will still NOT BE TRUSTWORTHY, but at least the "official" vote--the printed text-- will be counted.
3/ In 2020, when Sec. Raffensperger ran the St. Elec. Bd., they adopted a Recount Rule that defied the law, by causing recounts to be machine (QR code) counted, when law requires manual recounts.
It's time to stop ignoring the law enacted by the 2019 General Assembly.
Today, @CoalitionGoodGv and @FSFP filed a complaint urging the GA St. Elec. Bd. to immediately investigate a potential voting system breach in Bibb County, GA.
We don't have many details, but with the equipment being prepared now for the upcoming primary, this merits attention!
2/ We asked SEB to immediately investigate computer scientist's claims that he had forensically examined "voting system components" in Bibb County. (He provably did so in Coffee County.)
3/ We asked SEB to fulfill its duty to investigate independently, and not send the complaint to the SOS, where such election security issues go to die.
As noted in the letter, a SOS investigator admitted at trial that he was told to "hold off" investigating Coffee.
2/ The link above is our news update and links to plaintiffs' response to Raffensperger's appeal of the court order to testify.
It is a good read. (Not a dry legal brief.) Here is the brief itself-- …altionforgoodgovernance.sharefile.com/d-sc6e01a18549…
3/ Raffensperger seems to have a hard time "walking the talk." In his book he writes that the truth comes out under oath in courts, where the "ultimate fact check" occurs.
( A fact-check he wants to avoid about Coffee County and voting system security.)
