Pure horror. The body of his youngest son, 15-year-old Boyet Mijares, was later found in the mountains of Antipolo with signs of severe torture. Reports had it that his captors made Mijares watch his son’s agony before he himself was killed.

It appears that people flocking in at a certain food bank are coming in from different areas, reportedly, even outside of the city, food hunting, a pilgrimage.
Maybe, pantries with big donors can share to other pantries to assist and encourage development of more pantries?

Also, they can organize the network of community pantries which can be led by electing a head from the members. This way it would be easier for them to coordinate with the LGUs and barangay units. Also to share best practices and information dissemination among them...
