Good morning everyone ππΎ, Julia here. Really excited to take over the @UoM_DCS twitter today. My day started a few hours ago, just counting and plating some cells for a drug sensitivity assay. - JM
Hereβs one of my 96-well plates containing 5.33 x 10^4 ovarian cancer cells per ml. I add 200 ul PBS to the outer wells to minimise evaporation. - JM
Tomorrow I will treat these cells with different drug combinations. Now to start an immunofluorescence experiment! - JM

Today working from home looks like copious cups of tea, music and some analysis using FIJI. My immunofluorescence experiment worked well πͺπΎ. - JM
