You always carry your phone around & press it even in situations where you would normally wash your hands before doing something.
This is why your phone accumulates a lot of germs (10X more than an average public toilet seat, according to research!) ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
For example, the fingers you use to shake hands with people, clean up after using the toilet, & touch contaminated surfaces like door handles & ATMs, are the same fingers you use to operate your phone.
That's how your phone keeps gathering germs from different sources!
In fact, different species of microbes 🦠 like Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, E. coli & viruses like Coronavirus can find their way to your phone screen so easily.
This is in addition to other contaminants that can be gotten from your specific environment.
Sadly, some kiss their phone screen while making calls with a loved one, in the name of kissing over the phone.
If the screen is dirty & contaminated, you're basically kissing germs & giving them a free pass into your body.
Your lips should not touch your phone screen!
Alcohol-based scrubs, sanitizers or wipes like (e.g. 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe) can be used to disinfect your phone.
Check with your phone manufacturer's website for any specific instructions on this to avoid damaging your device or case.
Don't turn your phone into a germs production factory!
Follow the above 4 steps to reduce your risks of getting sick from bacteria, viruses & fungi lurking on your phone.

There are two openings in the vulva — the vaginal opening and the urethral opening.
The urethral opening is the hole you pee out of. It is a tiny hole located just below your clitoris. The vaginal opening is right below your urethral opening.
As a woman, during vaginal sex, organisms in your vagina might find thier way deep into your urethra due to two reasons:
1. The thrusting 2. The fact that your urethra is shorter (5cm) than that of men (20cm)
So you are more prone to getting urinary tract infections after sex.
Ladies, if you're planning to get pregnant soon, take folic acid 400 micrograms daily for 2 to 3 months before you conceive and continue until you're at least 12 weeks pregnant. Don't wait till you miss your period.
Having enough folic acid in your body at that critical time helps your baby's brain and spinal cord to develop well.
Folic acid boosts the production of red blood cells in the body to prevent anemia in pregnancy and prepare you for child delivery.

There's a myth going around that women can’t get pregnant if they have sex while on their period.
While this doesn't happen all of the time, it still happens some of the time.
Here's why:
1. Shorter menstrual cycle
Most women have a 28-day cycle. Usually, they bleed for 3 to 5 of those days and are most fertile during the ovulation stage around 12 to 16 days before the next period starts. If she has a shorter cycle, it means she also ovulates earlier.
