1. Absolutely scintillating judgement delivered by d Madurai Bench of the Madras HC on 22/9/2020 in a petition filed by Shri @trramesh, President of d @indiccollective, challenging a tender notification issued by d Executive Officer of d Palani Temple. Sharing a few screenshots.
2. Read
3. The Court has recognised that the EO overstayed his welcome without justification.
4. "The tender notification has been issued by an official who is
standing on this ice. Its tenuous nature has already been set out."
5. "Referring to certain disturbing
developments in the State of Andhra Pradesh, today's editorial in the New Indian Express says thus: “...Reconstituting temple trust boards with eminent Hindus and men of impeccable character would
be a good start..."
6. "Leaving the temples in the care of the bureaucracy and politicians hasn't helped...”
These words are equally relevant to the State of Tamil Nadu." These are observations of the High Court. Absolutely scintillating work by Shri @trramesh! Made my day!
7. So not only has the High Court struck down the tender notification issued by the Executive Officer, the very appointment/continuance of the EO/Fit Person to the Palani Temple has been struck down. Kudos to Shri @trramesh!

I will :-) Unsurprisingly, they are latching on to d edited title instead of responding to the contents of the 4 articles I have written thus far on the subject. At least 6 pieces on Dravidianism are in d pipeline. I expect a lot more whining from Periyarites and Blue Rageboys :-)
Late last yr,I appeared virtually from Delhi before d Madras HC for an Intervenor in d Udhayanidhi Stalin hate speech case. By then,I had started publishing d series on d anti-Dharmic origins of Dravidianism after Udhayanidhi Stalin's speech. Here's what happened in open Court.
The entire defense of Periyarites defending Udhayanidhi Stalin's hate speech against Sanatana Dharma was that his statement was fully covered by permissible free speech under d Constitution. So asking for eradication of Sanatana Dharma, according to them, was protected free speech.
@KhalidBaig85, I am not at all surprised at your disagreement. If u recollect,in my conversation with Amana ji & u,I had clearly said that reclamation isn't limited to Kashi & Mathura.Since both of u are so keen to get Hindus to support the Pasmanda Muslim cause, here's a thought.
The PoW Act expressly states that it doesn't prevent parties from a peaceful return of occupied sites through a mutual settlement. Since you are so concerned about confrontation, why can't you encourage the Pasmandas to support the Hindu case for return of occupied Hindu sites?
That way, acrimonious litigation in Courts & the confrontation you apprehend can also be avoided. And the claim that the Pasmandas r different from Ashrafs in their perception of Bharat’s history becomes credible. In any case, how can u justify continued occupation of Hindu sites?
1. Starting a book recommendation series. #BR1 is Aroup Chatterjee's Mother Teresa : The Untold Story. It's 373 pages long and at 30 pages a day, it shouldn't take most people more than ten days to finish. On June 8th, I will recommend the next book. Happy Reading.
2. Here's my second book recommendation #BR2 : The Goa Inquisition by A. K. Priolkar. It's 110 pages long and at 20 pages a day, the outer limit is a week. I will recommend the next book on June 23, 2023. Happy Reading.
3. Book Recommendation #BR3: Missionaries in India by Shri Arun Shourie. Running into 300 pages, please take a month to read this seminal book at 10-15 pages a day and digest every word of it. I will recommend the next book on July 25, 2023.
Ah now this vile idiot accepts that the "particularities about dates and years are secondary". Lol. Thank you idiot for finally understanding the point that I was more on the Leftist encroachment of IITs thru HSS depts than on the existence of such depts.
2. @Jayati_M93 let's break this down for you,Leftist moron-as a student of humanities who has written on humanities,I am not opposed to the stream. But I am certainly saying that Leftist poison was injected in IITs using HSS depts.Ergo,my opposition is to ur ilk,not to d subject.
3.Since malicious idiots like U @Jayati_M93 often tar any attempts at freeing d humanities from d poisonous clutches of d Left as "saffron conspiracy",U don't get to accuse me of peddling conspiracy theories. The thought control exercised by d Left thru academia is a reality.
1. Spoken like a true Leftist moron. First, if you had the guts you would have tagged me. Instead, you tweeted along with a screenshot of my tweet and now you wish to claim that you were direct in your engagement with me. At least I responded to a tweet which was QT to urs.
2. @Jayati_M93 don't play victim now that you are being responded to in the very same language you employed. Coming to my tweet, true I used the word introduced. In hindsight, I shuda used entrenched and mainstreamed. I shud know because I am a product of one such program.
3. But you didn't stop at the correction. Instead, you chose to make the tweet the basis of the standard Leftist trope that the non-Left is bereft of intellectual heft. And for that, you deserve to be paid in same coin. Cry a river or an ocean, I don't care.
