I have a feature called Enhancement Stories that runs on Fightful. I speak to wrestlers about some of their experiences coming up and doing extra work for various companies.
The first I ever did was with @gangrel13. As a teen, I didn't realize he'd wrestled dozens of matches in WWF, much less a DECADE PRIOR against The Big Bossman!
A very unique one was with @JimmyJacobsX. A lot of people have heard the stories about him working with Eddie Guerrero in WWE, but he spoke to me about wrestling Nunzio -- in a Cruiserweight Title match!
This one has a pretty hilarious story. A couple of years later, @JamesStormBrand would be a fixture in TNA. In 2000, Storm was competing on WCW Worldwide, and quite literally watching a friend fall on his face.
The Shawn Michaels NXT Vengeance Day media call is underway shortly. Live streaming is prohibited, but I'll have notes in this thread.
I asked Shawn Michaels about protections in place for talent in NXT that could be impressionable or vulnerable. He said WWE can always do better, and the information in the lawsuit is unfortunate. He says there are some protections in place, but they will always try to do better in NXT, and it's something very important to him
.@JonAlba on behalf of Fightful asks Shawn Michaels if he's had conversations with talent or staff about the allegations in the lawsuit. He says that everyone is clearly aware of it. The situation sucks, but they take it very seriously and are aware that NXT is full of impressionable talent. He says NXT urges talent to be honest with them if they need help or if someone tries to take advantage of them.
He says he thinks coming off of Royal Rumble that a lot of talent are excited for the future, despite the situation.
Tony Khan says that Kenny Omega, Saraya and Swerve all had to miss AEW Dynamite this week
Tony Khan tells Jim Varsallone that he can't comment on the CM Punk situation -- including him being on AEW All Out. They're still looking into it and are going to try to let fans know an update as soon as they can
Tony Khan says that they were having conversations about where AEW All In and AEW All Out will live next year as it relates to PPV/streaming.

We're on the Tony Khan media briefing. We'll have notes here, as well as audio up after
Tony Khan says that injuries and returns led to the AEW All Out card being announced much later than usual. He got the word that Danielson would be cleared the day of the ROH PPV.
The working plan was for Claudio Castagnoli to come in around the ROH PPV. Bryan Danielson's injury caused him to appear in AEW earlier.
